A week after becoming NCAA Men's Basketball's all time winningest coach, on Saturday, January 17th, South Dakota celebrated "Don Meyer Day." Coach Meyer was honored with many awards and words of congratualations. The basketball court at Northern State was officially named "Don Meyer Court" in his honor. As I have said before, no one is more deserving of all these accolades, despite the fact that he wants the focus to be on the team and not on him.
